PARRII – Cancellation Policy

At PARRII, we work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


2. Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Since no advance payment is collected for COD orders, no refund is applicable.


4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

5. Important Notes

  • PARRII reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.

  • Orders that are already packed, shipped, or in transit cannot be cancelled.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in restriction of future COD orders.
