PARRII – Cancellation Policy
At PARRII, we work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Since no advance payment is collected for COD orders, no refund is applicable.

5. Important Notes

PARRII reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.

Orders that are already packed, shipped, or in transit cannot be cancelled.

Repeated cancellations may result in restriction of future COD orders.
