 PARRII – Refund & Exchange Policy

At PARRII, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered, except in cases where the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged. This ensures fairness and clarity for all customers.


2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • You received a different size than ordered

To be eligible, all of the following must be true:

  • The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags and packaging are intact. 

We may allow one exchange per order


3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Accessories (such as jewelry, bags, etc.) due to hygiene reasons

These restrictions help us maintain quality and hygiene standards for all customers.


4. What to Do If You Receive a Defective/Incorrect Product

If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue. 

  3. Provide your order number and details of the issue. 

Once verified, we will guide you through the exchange process based on product availability. 


5. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to PARRII for exchange unless otherwise specified under special promotional terms. This helps us keep prices competitive and transparent.


6. Exchange Process

After your request is approved:

  • We will inspect the returned item. 

  • If approved, we will ship the replacement item as per availability.

  • You will be notified with the next steps once the exchange is confirmed.


7. Important Notes

  • No cash refunds or store credits will be issued for returned or exchanged items unless required by applicable law.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. 

  • PARRII reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on compliance with this policy.
